My wife and I hired Bruce Sellers based on his posted performance feedback and he did not disappoint us! We had previously hired two other realtors to sell our lot, with no luck. Mr Sellers far exceeded my expectations and was the difference maker in my being successful in purchasing the property. We have bought and sold a dozen homes over almost 40 years. Bruce and Team worked both the buy and sell sides of our most recent (and hopefully, last) move. The buy search lasted almost 2 years. The sell effort had to deal with a withdrawn offer based on inspection findings, a mitigation period, and competing offers at the end……..a complicated roller coaster ride. Looking back, picking Bruce and his Team was one of the best real estate things we have ever done. Knowledge is excellent, advice is wise and on point, attitude is positive even on the stormy days. Special kudos to our buying agent, Pamela Perkins, and our selling agent, Mary White. Thankfully, as retirees we do not expect to navigate these waters again, but if we did, our first step would be to call Bruce Sellers.
