Bruce Sellers is a seasoned executive who traded his decades as a corporate marketing professional in cable television programming (including The QVC Shopping Network, American Movie Classics, Bravo, and multiple regional sports networks) and, later, Internet e-Commerce (President and co-Founder of SHOP.com) to become a full-time REALTOR®. Based on his own life’s experiences of having bought and sold multiple homes in all corners of the country, he gained a very vivid appreciation for the difference between a real estate agent and a real estate professional.

His personal experiences revealed the true value that real estate professionals provide to their clients. His vision for the way real estate should be conducted gave him a passion for the business that allowed him to earn membership in Prudential’s Leading Edge Society after only one year in the business. Now a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Bruce joined Keller Williams in 2012 and the team of Sellers & Associates Realty Group, Inc., now d/b/a Sellers Realty Group & The Lake Conroe Group/Keller Williams Advantage Realty, has subsequently become perennial top producers amongst all REALTORs® in Montgomery County, Texas.  Most recently, he partner with Vinny Sinisi of Team Sinisi to form the dedicated brand, The Lake Conroe Group.

Because he truly approaches the business of real estate as a business, the team concept of The Lake Conroe Group was designed to assure that each client receives the attention and communication they deserve as if they were their only client. So, in addition to the professional services of Bruce, their clients enjoy close support from a team of professionals who are specialists in guiding their clients, both buyers and sellers, through each step of the process, from listing to marketing to contract to negotiation to closing and beyond. Bruce and his wife, Toni, have lived in the community of Bentwater on Lake Conroe since 2010 and Bruce served 5 years on Bentwater Property Owners’ Association Advisory Board. Bruce was awarded Bentwater’s Pinnacle Award acknowledging him as “citizen of the year” for 2020. He is presently President of the Montgomery County Luxury Home Connection, a multi-brokerage organization of top-producing agents in Montgomery County in which membership is earned through education and performance.

He’s a member of the Lake Conroe Association which focuses on lake health and quality of lake living. Having served in the Marines where he was awarded the Purple Heart in Vietnam, Bruce is very active in the Marine Corps League’s annual Toys-For-Tots campaign. Bruce and Toni are also involved with and support multiple community organizations and initiatives and are particularly passionate about local animal welfare efforts as evidenced by the fact that they are major supporters of, and contributors to, the Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas.
